MOST™ is a person-centered transition program dedicated to supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they build the skills and confidence to pursue meaningful employment and long-term career goals.

While our primary focuses are job readiness, career exploration, and employment support services, our approach is unique. We are dedicated to creating custom plans and pathways for each individual in our program. There is no one size fits all approach in our strategy.

From preparing for a first job to identifying long-term career paths, we offer individualized support tailored to each person’s strengths, interests, and goals. This includes assistance with résumé building, interview preparation, workplace etiquette, and ongoing job supports.

While career development is at the heart of our program, we also support broader life transitions, including post-secondary education exploration and personal goal planning.

Through intentional goal-setting, skill-building, and continued support, the MOST™ Program empowers participants to develop fulfilling, self-determined lives.

Currently, we have three MOST™ locations: Montgomery County, MD, Fairfax County, VA, and Loudoun County, VA.
